Help!
The father of my 17 and 13 year old had filed for time sharing and shared responsibility and child Support modification.
I currently receive 403 dollars a month since 2005, in Florida child support . I never modified it because I thought he didn’t have it. He lives in the same room he has lived in since high school, with his mom. The kids would visit him when he had the time. I did would I could so they could see their father, never bad mouthed ever to kids. I loan him my car to take the kids around because he did not have one. I have gone above and beyond.
I took him off of child support in July because he said he needed to save money to get a place for them. Currently when the girls visit with him they all sleep in one room with 3 twin size bed. (He lives with his mom
And 2 brothers) this man is over 40 years old. One of his brother is a violent felon.
He never got a place and he can afford it because he told me He makes 70000 a year. But he was complaining about the child support of 403. I have since put him Back on child support and ask for a modification and his response is to get a lawyer and request 50/50 to avoid child support.
I was served the day after My little brothers funeral (his 38th birthday that he did not make). I am lost and need to regain my sanity and not fall into depression.
You helped me before and we spoke on the phone before. Can you please help me again! I beg you!
